Abdominal migraines do not include headaches and occur mainly in children. An abdominal migraine is characterized by abdominal pain that is moderate to severe and is focused in the center of the abdomen. It is often accompanied by nausea and vomiting and other symptoms like heart palpitations or sweating.  Abdominal migraines last 2-72 hours, and symptoms go away once the migraine passes.
